Featured here are two closely related pages for which I served as lead writer: Avalara’s new Careers page and their new DE&I page. In both cases, our team worked closely with a variety of stakeholders on the Avalara side. 

I’ve long held that a holistic brand identity is as vitally important for employees as it is for customers, and it was a pleasure to develop recruiting materials with a team of people who agreed with that assertion.
