While articles produced have most often lived within the AI for business sphere, topics have ranged from nuts-and-bolts things like helping CX leaders outline strategies for agentic AI adoption to compelling case studies like Mosaicx’s partnership with Vibrant Emotional Health, which runs the 988 crisis helpline. In that case, what began with me writing the case study evolved into editing the narrative flow of the video just below.
