ActivPanel Display Software Update Calendar
The challenge here was to make a software release calendar that would a) raise awareness about the value of installing scheduled updates across a school’s displays, b) provide assurances that updates are free and easy to install, and c) look fun and interesting enough that admins would pin it to their cubicle walls.
To that last point, Promethean had established themselves as a product, but not as a brand per se. Their brand voice was nil. But they did have an astronaut as part of the art on their site, so we took that and ran with it by developing the calendar around the notion of planning for a journey through space.
